📦 Shipping Timelines
We take pride in fulfilling every order with care and on time.
Within India: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.
International Orders: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped.
🌍 International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. Your artwork will be securely packaged and shipped with full tracking.
🧾 Taxes & Additional Charges
Prices listed include product and shipping charges only.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or clearance charges (whether in India or abroad) will be borne by the customer as per the laws of the destination country or region.
Tax invoices will be provided as per prevailing regulations.
🚫 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
⏳ Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by:
Natural disasters
Customs clearance issues
Courier service disruptions or strikes
Government restrictions
Other events beyond our control
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged.
To report damage:
An unboxing video (continuous, unedited) must be recorded while opening the sealed package.
The video and supporting photos must clearly show the damage.
Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
⚠️ If a return/refund is exceptionally approved, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
📬 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements if the courier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.
